The X-Centre
- Chiang Mai, Thailand

The centre is located at Mae Rim some 20kms (12 miles) north west of the centre of Chiang Mai and takes around 20 minutes to reach from town.

The X-Centre at Chiang Mai are very proud of their slogan “Be there if YOU Dare!”, and I suppose the Xtreme sport that best typifies this from the considerable range on offer is the bungee jump at over 50 metres (150 feet) from the raised platform to the ground below!!. The centre has been operating the jump since 1990 under the confines of the stringent New Zealand Standard, and your personal safety is always of paramount importance.

Off-Road Buggies:
This is the 1st professionally organised off-road buggy centre in Thailand.

Drive a powerful 2 seat off roader on a trek that will take you high into the hills of Chiang Mai. Starting from the car-park of the X-Centre,Chiang Mai you follow the guide vehicle along challenging jungle trails that will test your nerve and skill!.

There's still plenty of time to take in some beautiful scenery, however, as for much of the journey You'll be driving deep beneath the canopy of a lush thai forest giving you a view of Chiang Mai that few visitors ever see. It's a breathtaking journey that gets you pumping!!.

Trail Bikes:
"Thrills in the jungle", Experience trail riding on these exciting Pantera XRA bikes.

You can choose to have a pleasant ride through the northern Thailand countryside OR an adrenaline pumping off-road adventure you will never forget!.

No matter which you choose to do, you will get to see sights of Chiang Mai that only the X-Centre can offer!!.

Go Karting:
Go racing in the latest "drifter" go karts. this is karting with a difference, however, as these cars are designed for dirt track racing once you get the knack, you'll have great fun sliding these agile karts around our twisting circuit.

It's great entertainment for groups who want to race each other but its also great for individuals who just want to go screaming round the track against the clock or just for the fun of of it!.

Paintball:
The X-Centre, Chiang Mai uses only the best equipment. Each team member is issued with a rapid fire gas-powered paintball gun, protective head gear, padded gloves and camoflague suits.

Paintball was started more than 20 years ago and has now grown into a firmly established adrenaline sport with highly specialised equipment. X-Centre, Chiang Mai welcomes both serious players and first-timers.

Bungee Jumping:
The bungee jump is located in a lush green setting a few hundred metres from the main X-Centre complex, and has it's own attracitive garden bar for the "not so brave" spectators to relax in & to observe the fun!.

Zorb:
The latest Xtreme craze has now arrived in Chiang Mai - "Zorb".

X-Centre, Chiang Mai Zorb balls are like huge beach balls with hollow centres that allow up to two people to ride inside rolling and bouncing down a specially prepared 100 metre slope.

The sensation is difficult to describe but whatever it is the result is usually lots of screaming mixed with uncontrollable laughter!!.

X-Centre, Chiang Mai Restaurant:
After all your exertions on the various andrenalin challenging Xtreme sports, why not relax, let your pulse return to normal and unwind with a light snack or a drink at the X-Centre's restaurant & sports bar.
