Thinking About Retiring to Thailand

Hi There

I am thinking about retiring to Thailand in around 5 years time, we have visited the country at least once a year for the last several years, and really love it.

Please could you help me with a check-list of the sort of things I will need to consider/do before deciding if this is the right move.

I am married with grown-up children, own my own home, and have no long term financial commitments.
