Well myself and my friends just visited Thailand first we visit Chiang Mai from 14 Nov 2010 till 18 of Nov 201 its beyond belief....the food the market and the climate as well as the people and the night life entertainment is all wonderful!.

The city is also great value for money, we will DEFINATELY return back to Chiang Mai next year and will pursue to see the requirements to have permanent resident there!.

Perhaps others will share how the requirements and law for foreigners how they may apply PR there?
