Long-Term Stay in Chiang Mai

by Jodi - Legal Nomads

Over 300 temples await you in Chiang Mai !

Over 300 temples await you in Chiang Mai !

Hello!

I am heading to Chiang Mai for a month or so and wanted to know about apartment sublets or longer term rates for a place with WiFi.

Would you be able to point me in a certain direction or have any contacts?

Many thanks in advance,
Jodi - Legal Nomads

Long Term Stay in Chiang Mai
by: Kevin (Administration)

Hi Jodi

Many thanks for your questions posted through the Contact Us section of our website.

In term of the very best value deals that offer longer term options with WiFi, I would recommend Hub53 they charge a flat rate of around 600thb/day & this is a popular place, so booking in advance is required.

The "Rose of Suthep Homestay" located not far from Chiang Mai Zoo have a room with WiFi for 500thb/day, again this requires booking well in advance!.

If your budget is lower than this, you will be able to find several places which offer "Budget Rooms" (a room with a fan) starting around 350thb/day,but WiFi might not be necessarily beavailable.

If you are intending to stay for an extended period in Chiang Mai, it might actually make most sense to just book a hotel for the 1st night, then spend time finding the place that best fits your needs - you may well also do a better deal face to face, than merely an enquiry via the internet!!.

I hope we have been able to help you, and that you will share some of your very best Memories of Chiang Mai with us, for our future readers to enjoy.
