Is the Yi Peng lantern festival part of the Loy Kratong festival ?

I really want to see all the candle lit lanterns flying up in the sky.
I am confused with the name of this festival. Is it Yi Peng festival or Loy Kratong festival ?

Also what is the correct date in 2011 to see the candle lit lanterns flying up in the sky.
