Imperial Mae Ping Hotel, Chiang Mai

I know, its a hotel however the Imperial Mae Ping Hotel, Chiang Mai stands out from any that I have staid at throughout the world!.

It has two pools the top one being nice and quiet as all the kids are in the lower pool. It has a brilliant spa which always offers a special. The rooms are comfortable with a nice view and the staff are very helpful.

Most importantly is the location. Its is 200m away from the start of the night bazaar market and has laundry just across the road. Also across the road is Chiang Mai Team Work travel. Probably one of the most efficient travel agents for day trips and more around.

The hotel also has the "October Fest" in the beer garden. Something I cannot judge as I have not been there for that but the hotel bar in that area is a great place to have a drink before hitting the markets.

The Sunday walking street & other markets are both within a comfortable stroll.
