We ship to many countries around the world, and always use the most cost effective method to reach your door safely. For envelopes (jewelry),we use Thailand Post Registered Airmail, typically deliveries to Australia & Asia take 7-10 days, Europe 10-14 days & USA & Canada 14-21 days. For smaller packages (up to 20kgs), we use Thailand Post Economy Airmail (SAL), typically deliveries to Australia & Asia take 10-14 days, Europe 14-21 days & USA & Canada 21-28 days. For larger packages (21kgs - 40kgs) we ship by FedEx or DHL, usually delivering worldwide in 5-7 days. For larger items still, or larger volumes we recommend shipping by seafreight as the most cost effective method, albeit deliveries typically take 2-3 months.
Insurance Shipping insurance is NOT included in any of our selling prices, this is an additional cost option which has to be specified by the customer.
