Camping Equipment in Chiang Mai

Hi there

I am trying to find out if there is anywhere in Chiang Mai that hires out camping equipment - i.e. camping mats & sleeping bags etc.

Hi Jennie

Many thanks for your visit to our website & questions.

I have had a good look around the various online forums that cover the Chiang Mai area but there are no specific recommendations for shops that rent out camping equipment.

What I have found is that several of the National Parks in this area do actually offer camping equipment rentals to visitors who would like overnight / extended stays on the grounds of the National Parks.

Another option would be to spend time when you arrive in Chiang Mai just visiting a few of the many tour companies here & discuss your requirements with them....you might just be very pleasantly suprised that they can actually provide all your needs within a mini-tour!.
